Shipping policy.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
• During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

In metropolitan areas, orders are delivered within 1-4 days after processing. For the rest of Bharat, delivery takes 4-7 days after processing. For some pin codes it might take a little more time — in case of delay please get in touch with us at support@bluesquad.ai.

All orders are shipped free of cost. Cash on Delivery is available, and customers who choose to pay in advance using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or any other prepaid method will not incur any extra fees either.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your order directly on our website or through the courier partner's website.

• Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are correct.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• While we aim to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (courier issues, natural calamities, or government restrictions).
• We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed attempts by the courier, reshipping charges may apply.
