Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Delivery Time:

In metropolitan areas, orders are delivered within 1-4 days after Processing. While in the rest of Bharat, delivery takes 4-7 days after Processing.

Shipping Charges

No Shipping charges are applicable on Prepaid Orders, while handling charges of 99 will be levied for COD orders.

For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, a cash handling charge of INR 99 will be applied per order. This charge covers the additional costs associated with processing and handling cash payments; there are no additional charges for prepaid orders. Customers who choose to pay in advance using credit/debit cards, net banking, or any other prepaid method will not incur any extra fees.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the courier partner’s website.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • may be extended due to international clearance procedures.

Delays

  • While we aim to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (courier issues, natural calamities, or government restrictions).
  • We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed attempts by the courier, reshipping charges may apply.
