We offer a hassle free 7-day return and 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
All return/exchange requests must be submitted only through this link.
Requests made via email, phone, or social media will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our support team at email- support@bluesquad.ai for cancellations.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, please reject it at the time of delivery. Refund will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse.
- For cancellations made before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.
Return Policy

If you receive a damaged/defective/used/ wrong product(s), please contact our support team within 48 hours via email - support@bluesquad.ai with your Order ID, with photos or open/unpacking video. We will arrange for a new product to be sent to you at no additional charge.
- If you receive a torn/damaged/empty parcel, please do not accept it. If you receive any unrelated product(s) or an empty parcel, you are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, raise a return request from your account. You may log in or create an account using the same email ID used while placing the order. Pickup will be arranged from your doorstep.
- Return requests through social media or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
- Always collect a pickup receipt or SMS confirmation from the courier. This proof will be required in case of lost shipments.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse. Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your PIN code.
- For COD Orders: If the product(s) passes the quality check once it reaches our warehouse, the refund will be issued instantly as a coupon code, which will be sent to your registered email or SMS or WhatsApp. This coupon code is valid for 12 months from the date you receive it. Delivery Charges paid on COD orders shall be refunded in the form of Coupon Code in case of return.
- For Prepaid Orders: If the product(s) passes the quality check once it reaches our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours. It should be credited to your payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered (unused, with tags and original packaging). Worn, damaged, or poor-condition items will not qualify for a refund.
Note: If you used a refund coupon, the coupon value will be refunded as a coupon code, and the remaining amount will be refunded through your original payment method. The provided coupon code is valid for 12 months from the date you receive it.
Example:
Ayush chose COD, returned the product, and received a refund coupon worth INR 300. If Ayush places a new order using the refund coupon in Prepaid Method and returns it, he will receive a new coupon code and a bank account refund for any remaining amount. If Ayush uses the COD Method and returns the product, he will receive a new coupon code equal to the order value.
Exchange Policy
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact.
- For a smooth and instant return and exchange process, please note that all product(s) must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery via your account. Pickup will be arranged from your doorstep.
- Once we receive the original item, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
- We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This video serves as your proof in case of missing/damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
- Exchange items cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- No discounts apply to exchange orders.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, please courier the product(s) to:

- Pack items securely with original packaging and tags.
- Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

Within 48 hours of receiving the product, we will refund the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) for prepaid orders. COD orders will receive store credits.

Ensure courier charges do not exceed ₹100. We recommend using India Post (Speed Post) for reliable service.
PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
BLUBASH - Sale Policy
Products purchased under the BLUBASH Sale are offered at exclusive prices and therefore will be governed by the following special terms:
- Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
- All items purchased during the BLUBASH Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
- Customers are requested to make their purchase decisions carefully.
- Size & Fit Disclaimer
- Customers are strongly advised to refer to the Size Chart provided on the product page before placing their orders.
- Blue Squad shall not be responsible for issues related to incorrect size selection.
- Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery is applicable on all prepaid orders during the BLUBASH Sale.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat COD charge of ₹99 shall apply per order.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders once placed during the BLUBASH Sale cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched.
- Product(s) purchased during clearance sale, offers, exclusive discounts on products, brand collaboration promotions, or any activity/event/campaign with a free product(s) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The T&Cs will be mentioned when you apply the coupon code.
- Other Terms
- In case of any manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery from our side, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Blue Squad reserves the right to provide a suitable resolution.
- All other standard terms and conditions of Blue Squad shall apply.
