HOW TO PLACE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?
- Visit the Return / Exchange Request section on the website.
- Submit the required details as prompted.
- Follow the instructions to initiate the Return/Exchange.
Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 1-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.
In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?
A reverse shipment fee up to Rs 99 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

All Prepaid orders are shipped free of Cost & We charge a shipping fee of INR 99/- on all COD orders.

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can cancel your order any time before dispatching.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.
Product(s) purchased during clearance sale, offers, exclusive discounts on products, brand collaboration promotions, or any activity/event/campaign with a free product(s) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 1-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the Quality Check, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. CAN I RETURN ALL ITEMS?
Boxers cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a Quality Check. Once it passes the Quality Check, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within next 72 hours.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
“HOW WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED IF I PLACED AN ORDER USING A COUPON CODE AND MADE PARTIAL PAYMENT THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT/UPI/CARD?”
Purchases made using a coupon code are eligible for a refund only to the extent of the actual amount paid via bank/card/UPI. The refund will be processed back to the same payment source/account used at the time of purchase.
Please note that the value of the coupon/discount applied will not be refunded.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS?
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account used to make the purchase within 2-3 working days. If not received, please get in touch with your respective bank.
